Small poutine.
They were out of the braised beef poutine (booo!). The signs boast real cheese curds from Québec, and they were indeed cheese curds; however, they did not squeak. It was passable, but I would've preferred crispier fries, squeaky cheese curds, and more flavourful gravy.
