I felt like I needed to make something, so I Googled some maple glazed salmon recipes. I used frozen filets and just kind of poured a random amount of maple syrup and soya sauce on 'em, and threw them in the oven for about 20 minutes at 400 degrees F. Finished it off by throwing the fish over some leftover fried rice. Not bad. Just a little on the dry side, but that maple syrup adds something reminiscent of the burnt sugar that I'm now so fond of.
