Roast Chicken


Roast chicken and vegetables

The chicken came out pretty good! It was quite moist and not overcooked. The sauce was a bonus too. Unfortunately, the vegetables were a bit on the raw side.

Cooked by Andrew (and the oven). He said it involved no more than seasoning the chicken, adding vegetables, and shoving it in the oven for 45 minutes or so. And he made Swiss Chalet sauce too!
